Muy lindo el hotel, muy agradable, la comida exquisita, solo que nunca nos enteramos que estaba ubicado en la montaña, eso no nos dijeron cuando hicimos la reserva de la habitación.

Nos quedamos en el hostel, estaba todo muy limpio, las instalaciones bien. Lo malo que no hay ascensor y con maleta grande es un problema. También faltó que quitaran la nieve de la entrada porque con calzado que no fuese de nieve no se podía caminar. Por lo demás los trabajadores muy amables y las instalaciones muy bien. La fondue del restaurante estaba buenísima y bien de precio.

We booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money.

I never expect the hotel is far away from the town of St. Moritz. But the hotel front desk are very friendly and helpful, offer me several service to solve my panic (I have many luggage) which I very difficult to carry the luggage to walk about 20+ mins from bus stop during snow time. Their service is seriously impress me. And their hotel, very good quality and nice view of St. Moritz! I will rebook again if I come back again!
